I believe that we are evolving. America is a tossed salad of different cultures, each using more personalized media than ever before. With diversity in the population increasing, the importance of limiting waste and raising ROI, advertisers must reinvent the conversation. In the midst of an economic recession, social media and other targeted communications are thriving. Now is the time to embrace change.
